RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods without giving any reason. The product you are returning must not have any traces of use, such as: dirt, abrasions or damage to the material. The goods should be odorless and must have a tag. Send such a product to us along with the goods return form.
We do not accept cash on delivery packages sent as an exchange. We do not accept parcels with returns of goods from InPost lockers. Please send the return of the goods to the address provided. The cost of return shipment is borne by the buyer.

COMPLAINTS
If the product you received has defects or damage, you can return it to the complaint. To make a complaint, you must complete the product complaint form (attached below) and send the defective product to us with it. In the form, describe the problem with the goods in detail and select the form of compensation you want to receive. We have 7 working days to verify your complaint from the date of delivery.

EXCHANGE
To replace the purchased goods with another one, follow the return procedure (send the goods to us along with the return form). Then place and pay for a new, independent order with a new product.
